Elizabeth's hearts
I just love how versatile EZ's patterns can be :-) These hearts are from Knitting Workshop (page 155...the original pattern is for a heart hat or elbow patch). I thought they would work great, appliqued onto this baby blanket...they were really easy, portable AND fast :-)

Such pretty colours - and one can't always say that about baby blankets :) Thanks for the idea; I'm making Christmas decorations from the Knitter's Almanac just now and I think I'll do some little hearts too.

Wonderful! I'm thinking it would be fun to alternate hearts and stars (from Knitter's Almanac)... Thanks for the inspiration.

Brilliant.
I like your idea of using the hearts on a blanket. I have made a few hearts too, as I liked the pattern.
