Olive's Bog Jacket
Here's Miss Olive in her new Bog Jacket, with just a few modifications. The yarn is Noro silk Garden, with bits of Lorna's Laces. I made invisible buttonholes,
and cast on and off stitches at the sleeves and collar to avoid the dreaded weaving.
Lots of ruffles...
I'm sad it's over!

Gorgeous! I just finished my first bog jacket, and although I'm amazed at how talented EZ was and I had a lot of fun adding the phony seams, collar and shaped shoulders to make it more interesting, I was wondering how to make it look less tailored for my 9 year old niece. I never thought about ruffles! You did a wonderful job!

What a gorgeous wee jacket. I haven't tried this pattern yet, but it looks like one I'd like to give a go. I have a couple of wee nieces in my life, who would love it!

How wonderful! Lucky Miss Olive! That little jacket is a keeper for sure. It inspires me to continue to try to learn how to knot. I am a master at crochet but find knitting just very challanging.
