Ahhh - too short sounds familiar. The original version of this design was knitted for my son. After a year he had grown taller, so I stuck on a 3-inch quasi-Aran lower edge; looks great and he wears it to this day (over a decade later). Onward, Meg

Very lovely sweater! Before I cast on for one of my children, I strongly forbid them to grow until the sweater is copmlete. They never listen!
