Just what I need

Hello, I'm Lisa from Houston, Texas. I'm a devoted reader of Jess' blog; as a recent graduate from law school, I was delighted to find another knitting lawyer.

I've read many of EZ's books, but am a slavish devotee of following patterns exactly. Her recipes intimidate me, but I have longed to become more adventurous. I haven't decided what I will knit first, but will review Knitter's Almanac and Knitting Without Tears for an idea. I have a few baby gifts to make, so I may start with something small.
