This is a side view of my Ganomy. You can see the funny bump at the front that so many people wrote about.
It's easy to look like a gladiator as well as a gnome when wearing this hat.
I used Brown Sheep Lamb's Pride Worsted in Clematis and Onyx and size 8 bamboo double pointed needles on this project. I finished it in about a week, in between school and work. I made another one in navy blue worsted alpaca, but I don't have pictures of that one.
Very nice! I like the colors. I am working on a ganomy too :)
ReplyDeleteIs it less "bumpy" if you turn it around? I think you've got it back-to-front in that first picture. I love the stripes!
ReplyDeleteSarah--I think you're right! I was convinced it went the other way. It does not look bumpy if I wear it the other way around.
ReplyDeleteThanks!
Bet even EZ didn't know it was versatile enough to wear either way! :D Good job!
ReplyDeleteit looks great! I'll have to make one!
ReplyDeleteGanomys RULE! Great job, and cool color combination.
