A great small project, mitred mittens give you a chance to play with a small amount of yarn. I felted them slightly to give them more body and to close up airholes. They are a lightweight mitten in this yarn. Loved making the afterthought thumb. From Knitters Almanac.

Those are really cool. I've been trying to resist the noro pull as I don't really love variegated yarns once they are knit up, but these are beautiful.

Wonderful mittens! And so happy to see them as I have a few leftover skeins of Noro Silk Garden, Knitter's Almanac and cold hands!

I absolutely adore these mittens. I have some Noro silk garden in my stash, so a pair of those may be in my not-so-distant future.

I second Corbett's comment on variegated yarns. Alas Noro is so gorgeous, your mittens put it to great use. Lovely!

love em. love em. love em.
This is not helping with my effort to put off my mitten knitting until bigger things are finished. I sense that I'm about to cave-in and make some wee mitts.
nicely done!
